The Skills for Supported Living pathway is for students who have complex needs. The pathway prepares each of our young students for the next important milestone, leaving Woolston College. The majority of the sessions are practical so students are able to experience and develop skills in personal care, household skills, communication, travelling independently, accessing external services and becoming a valued member of the community. These developing skills for the future are transferable into adulthood and into adult social care provision. Our aim is to prepare and support our young people to live their best possible adult life.
